Partners of CareerSource Research Coast

Our Role in the Community

We are the convener of local community leadership around workforce issues. Through the leadership of the Board of Directors, CareerSource Research Coast is able to respond to the needs of the business community in an employer demand-driven manner that produces a favorable return on investment. As the planner and architect of programs and services for both employers and jobseekers, we focus on initiatives that maintain a “world-class” business climate supportive of economic diversity and global expansion. We work with economic development and education agencies to address workforce needs by leveraging resources to maximize the benefits to our local businesses and workers.

CareerSource Research Coast partners with many local community agencies and employer associations to stay current on local resources and coordinate workforce services with Treasure Coast initiatives.
