SNAP Initial Appointment Sign-Up

Have you received a Notice of Mandatory Participation from the Department of Children and Families Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) regarding your food stamp benefits? Wondering what your next step is? CareerSource Research Coast wants to help you identify the required activities you must complete to retain your benefits. To make sure your benefits are not interrupted, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Visit https://osstclient.deo.myflorida.com to get started.

Step 2: Follow the website prompts to complete both the online orientation and online assessment.

Step 3: Schedule initial appointment.

NOTE: SNAP customers will not be seen by a SNAP Career Planner until all required online modules are completed. Individuals attending their SNAP appointments with a SNAP Career Planner must adhere to the following:

  • Business casual dress code is strictly enforced (no shorts, tank tops, or flipflops)
  • No children allowed at any appointments
  • All required online modules must be completed fully
  • If these guidelines are not followed, you will not be seen.
