1. I already have a resume. Why do I need an Employ Florida resume?

Employers use the Employ Florida Marketplace to search resumes for job seeker skills that match their job openings. These searches are based on keywords in your EFM resume. Word Document resumes cannot be searched for keywords.

2. How many skills should I have on my resume and why is it so important?

You should select every skill that you have performed in all previous work experiences. The more skills you identify, the greater the opportunity for employers to match your skills to their job openings. To review the skills you have selected, visit www.employflorida.com and login to your account.

3. Which workshop do you recommend I start with?
