  • Training certifications to increase your chances of being hired (Examples: Safe Food Handling or Customer Service)
  • Exploring career opportunities
  • Work Readiness skills training
  • Two-week Youth Employment Success Solutions (YESS) training
  • Creating a resume and building interviewing skills
  • Mentoring, motivation, and support
  • Work experience opportunities and job shadowing
  • Opportunity to earn incentives based upon successful completion of skill building activities
  • Assistance completing financial aid forms and scholarship applications
  • Assistance with tuition, books, GED fees
  • Transportation assistance such as bus passes, gas cards
