Youth Employment Success Solutions (YESS) Congratulates Its Graduates!
Young adults graduated from a 2 week intensive employability skills training program called Youth Employment Success Solutions-the YESS program! The goal of this project was to encourage youth to set goals, choose positive behaviors and learn the basic skills employers look for. The project consists of a curriculum that was developed by CareerSource Research Coast and covers the most in-demand employability skills and workplace training administered through CareerSource Research Coast by Regional Workshop Instructors, Eleanor Eberhart-Chin and Nephtalie Vargas.
