Indian River County Medical/Healthcare Boot camp
The Medical/Healthcare Boot Camp is an engaging opportunity to explore careers in a real-world setting and gain marketable skills.
During the boot-camp, you will:
- Tour Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital facilities
- Presentation on the different careers that are in Health Care/Hospital setting
- Shadow a few of the different Career Opportunities in Health Care
Program Details & Requirements
- Open to all high school sophomores, juniors and seniors in Indian River County, including those who are completing their GEDs in Summer 2023.
- Young adults in Indian River County, up to age 20, are also eligible
- All applicants required to complete an on-line screening that must be completed prior to the bootcamp.
- The program is a one-day boot-camp Wednesday, June 14 from 9:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital.
- Orientation sessions, for participating students and their parents/guardians, will be scheduled prior to the Boot Camp starting.
- Lunch is provided.
- Registration closes April 21, 2023.
