Available Services

CareerSource Research Coast is proud to support the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) Veteran’s Workforce Program in all of our Career Centers. All Career Center staff are trained to work with military veterans and eligible spouses. All veterans receive Priority of Service in the areas of employment and training in the three-county area.

Some of the many services we offer Veterans:

  • One-on-one counseling and assistance
  • Job development and support
  • Access to job banks, databases and labor market information
  • Access to workshops: computer use, resume, cover letters
  • Determine eligibility for training programs
  • On-the-job training (OJT) opportunities
  • Employer recruiting events and job fairs
  • Use of computers, fax, copiers and telephones

  • My HealtheVet

    My HealtheVet is VA’s online personal health record. It was designed for Veterans, active duty Servicemembers, their dependents and caregivers. My HealtheVet helps you partner with your health care team. It provides you opportunities and tools to make informed decisions and manage your health care.

  • Martin County Veteran Services

    Veterans Services is a County program designed to serve the needs of former members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their dependents in obtaining Federal and State benefits available to them as a result of their active military service. Receipt of these benefits will enhance and improve the health, welfare, and quality of life for the recipients.

  • Indian River County Veteran Services

    It is our mission to advise and assist veterans, their dependents and survivors of Indian River County in any way possible and to preserve and improve the quality of their lives by assisting them in the obtaining of all available benefits.

  • St. Lucie County Veteran Services

    St. Lucie County’s Veteran Service’s mission is to serve America’s Veterans and their families with dignity and compassion and to be their principal advocate in ensuring that they receive the care, support and recognition earned in service to this Nation.
