Soft Skills

Gives participants the opportunity to develop important soft skills essential to success on thej ob.  Topics covered include interpersonal Communication, Teamwork, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Stress Management, and Time Management.  Content and activities are designed to allow the student to understand the components of each soft skill covered and to also appreciate why those behaviors are essential in establishing and maintaining work relationships.
