PY 24-25 Program Funding

    • Workforce Development Board of the Treasure Coast/DBA CareerSource Research Coast (CSRC) is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and/or the U.S. Department of Agriculture for awards totaling $8,488,205, which includes carryforward from PY23-24 in the amount of $1,968,994.
    • CSRC has entered into a sub-recipient contract with Eckerd Connects, Inc. as a service provider for the WIOA Youth Program which is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $1,279,655 (which includes carryforward from PY23-24 in the amount of $595,000). Eckerd will receive no more than $800,000 or 63% of the total award.

      CSRC is a direct service provider for the following programs:
    • The WIOA Adult Program is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for an award totaling $835,303.
    • The WIOA Dislocated Workers Program is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for an award totaling $1,724,016.
    • WIOA Supplemental Is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for an award totaling $170,532.
    • The Welfare Transition Program is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for an award totaling $1,229,032.
    • The Department of Children and Families Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for an award totaling $354,246.
    • The Wagner-Peyser Program is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for an award totaling $559,302.
    • The Local Veteran Employment Representative (LVER) is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for veteran’s employment and training as part of an award totaling $126,167 (Estimated).
    • The Disabled Veteran Outreach Program (DVOP) is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for veteran’s employment and training as part of an award totaling $166,108 (Estimated).
    • The Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessments is 100% fully funded by the US Department of Labor in the amount of $567,793.
    • WIOA Rapid Response is 100% fully funded by the US Department of Labor in the amount of $75,000.
    • WIOA Space Coast Alliance (Florida Atlantic Workforce Alliance) is 100% fully funded by the US Department of Labor in the amount of $979,600.
    • WIOA Workforce Summit is 100% fully funded by the US Department of Labor in the amount of $140,000.
    • The Hope Florida – A Pathway to Promise Program is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, for grants totaling $175,429.
    • Apprenticeship Navigator, 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor in the amount of $80,000.
    • Management and Administration grant funded by the U.S. Department of Labor/Veterans’ Employment and Training in the amount of $11,022.
    CSRC has also received non-federal grant funding from

    • The Youth ‘Summer of Success’ program in St. Lucie County is fully supported by the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for an award totaling $165,000.
    • Florida Alliance of Children’s Councils & Trusts – Families’ Ascend to Economic Security (FATES) remaining award for PY24-25 in the amount of $135,000.
