PY 25-26 Program Funding

  • The Workforce Development Board of the Treasure Coast/DBA CareerSource Research Coast (CSRC) is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and/or the U.S. Department of Agriculture for awards totaling $7,518,294, including carry-forward from PY24-25 in the amount of $2,034,679.
  • CSRC has entered into a sub-recipient contract with Eckerd Connects, Inc. as a service provider for the WIOA Youth Program, which is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $1,271,906 (which includes carry-forward from PY24-25 in the amount of $322,276). Eckerd will receive no more than $750,000 or 59% of the total award.

CSRC is a direct service provider for the following programs:

  • The WIOA Adult Program is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for an award totaling $1,167,001.
  • The WIOA Dislocated Workers Program is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for an award totaling $1,530,690.
  • WIOA Supplemental is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for an award totaling $121,430, with an additional amount of $42,052 of carry-forward from PY24-25.
  • The Welfare Transition Program is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for an award totaling $1,254,945.
  • The Department of Children and Families Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for an award totaling  $349,339.
  • The Wagner-Peyser Program is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for an award totaling $758,587.
  • The Local Veteran Employment Representative (LVER) is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for veterans’ employment and training as part of an award totaling $48,243 (Estimated).
  • The Disabled Veteran Outreach Program (DVOP) is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for veterans’ employment and training as part of an award totaling $48,029 (Estimated).
  • The Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessments are 100% fully funded by the US Department of Labor in the amount of $433,959.
  • WIOA Rapid Response is 100% fully funded by the US Department of Labor in the amount of $65,000.
  • Network Navigator (Wagner Peyser)  is 100% fully funded by the US Department of Labor in the amount of $163,571.
  • Sectors of Strategic Focus is 100% fully funded by the US Department of Labor in the amount of $90,000.
  • Jobs for Veterans, Management and Administration is 100% fully funded by the US Department of Labor/Veterans’ Employment and Training in the amount of $3,091 (estimated).
  • WIOA Workforce Summit is 100% fully funded by the US Department of Labor in the amount of $140,000.
  • Hope Florida Navigator carryforward from PY24-25 is 100% fully funded by the US Department of Labor in the amount of $15,831.
  • Hope Florida -A Pathway to Promise Training carryforward from PY24-25 is fully funded by the US Department of Labor in the amount of $14,620.

CSRC has also received non-federal grant funding from

  • The Youth ‘Summer of Success’ program in St. Lucie County is fully supported by the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for an award totaling $165,000.
  • Florida Alliance of Children’s Councils & Trusts – Families’ Ascend to Economic Security (FATES), remaining award for PY25-26 in the amount of $44,728.
