RFP#22-002-EOR – Employer of Record

The Workforce Development Board of the Treasure Coast, Inc., d/b/a CareerSource Research Coast (CSRC), is requesting proposals for an Employer of Record (EOR).   Proposers are advised to read this entire request for proposal before preparing and submitting a response.  

CSRC is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) from personnel placement firms preferably located in Indian River, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties, for an Employer of Record (EOR) that can deliver staffing services on a temporary basis.  A fee-for-services contract may be awarded to a firm, hereinafter known as the EOR, responding to this RFP for the period noted below.  The EOR will be “on-call” for this period should the services be needed.  Should the services not be required during this period, no compensation will be made to the EOR.  CSRC does not guarantee a contract because of this solicitation and will not pay for the development of proposals related to this RFP.

The period of performance will be from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2027.
