We are dedicated to advancing the future our community through training our youth. We focus on helping 16 to 24 year old young adults by providing services that connect them to jobs and college.

Youth Connections is an eligibility-based program, designed to help young adults who face significant challenges in achieving personal goals. We have Career Coaches trained to help you overcome those challenges, determine your education and career goals, and stay on track until you reach those goals.

Eligible youth who participate in the Summer of Success program will attend Youth Employment Success Solutions (YESS) training, where they will learn valuable skills to help them succeed in the workplace. Those who complete the classroom portion of the program will then participate in an internship.
