  • Mentoring, motivation, and support
  • Internship opportunities and job shadowing
  • Opportunity to earn incentives based upon successful completion of skill building activities
  • Transportation assistance such as bus passes, gas cards

Overview of the Services

CareerSource Research Coast Youth Connections program serves 16- to 24-year-old young adults by providing access to services and activities that connect youth to Jobs and College. Youth Connections is an eligibility-based program, designed to help young adults who feel challenged in entering the workforce or determining a career path in achieving personal goals. We have Career Coaches trained to help you overcome those challenges, determine your education and career goals, and stay on track until you reach those goals.

Minimum qualifications:

To begin the eligibility determination process, you must:

  • Be 16 to 24 years old
  • Resides within the Tri-County area. (Martin, St. Lucie or Indian River Counties)
  • Be motivated to SUCCEED!
